We have the big pleasure to introduce you, Ms. Ana Luisa Cardona Landeros from Mexico, a wonderful woman part of the LEGALINKS Network!
Her struggles as a woman, as an activist, as a lawyer are for the political and civil rights of all women, the eradication of gender-based violence and the recognition for substantive equality.
She is a Counsellor President of the Commission for Equality and Gender of the City Council of Calvillo, Aguascalientes, Mexico.
She holds a law degree from the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes (UAA), where she graduated in 2011. At the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) she obtained her Master's degree in Law with honours, carrying out a study on the Culture of Legality in the teaching of Law in basic education in 2015. She has got a Doctorate Degree in Social Research at the Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
She is a lecturer at the Universidad Latinoamericana where she has taught the subjects: "Introduction to the Study of Law, Constitutional Law, Human Rights and Legal Argumentation".
She has also carried out teaching activities such as teaching State and Municipal Legislation at the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes.
