 Welcome to a very active LEGALINKS member , Ms.Vivi Paschalidou from Greece ! She is a qualified lawyer , registered as a member of the Thessaloniki's Bar Association . She is expert in the field of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, Refugee Law and Human Rights Protection. She also collaborates as a lawyer with the Greek Council for Refugees based in Thessaloniki, having extended experience supporting asylum seekers in Greece.

  Welcome to another LEGALINKS member , Ms. Dora Palic from Croatia !  She currently works as legal advisor for the Croatian Law Center , a non-governmental organization that has an  important position in the non-governmental sector  for legal advocacy for the protection of human rights  and raising awareness of the political responsibility  of all subjects of political life, as well as the initiation  of accountability mechanisms.   Welcome to another  LEGALINKS member,   Mr. Achille Iloku , our  first African member from Democratic Republic of Congo ! He is legal advisor for an NGO in Congo, providing assistance against the power's abuse, violence and violation of human rights. He also gives courses at the University, in the filed of international law, for matters related to human rights protection in Congo and he makes comparative studies about different human rights systems in Europe and Africa.

We have the big pleasure to introduce you,  Ms. Ana Luisa Cardona Landeros from Mexico , a wonderful woman part of the  LEGALINKS Network !   Her struggles as a woman, as an activist, as a lawyer are for the political and civil rights of all women, the eradication of gender-based violence and the recognition for substantive equality. She is a Counsellor President of the Commission for Equality and Gender of the City Council of Calvillo , Aguascalientes, Mexico. She holds a law degree from the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes (UAA), where she graduated in 2011. At the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) she obtained her Master's degree in Law with honours, carrying out a study on the Culture of Legality in the teaching of Law in basic education in 2015. The LEGALINKS Network has experiences in different fields of law. The immigration law is one of them and we will provide a list of recommendations with useful sources about all the topics the LEGALINKS members deal with.  Welcome to Ms. Antigoni Pafiti from Cyprus ! Ms. Antigoni Pafiti is one of the first LEGALINKS members who comes from Cyprus . She is lawyer since 2019 whilst working for Elias Neocleous & Co LLC, the leading law firm in the Southeast Europe. She has wide experience in the international environment, with a Master Degree in International Business Law and as leading member of the Sustainable & Green Finance Strategy Team. She is currently working in Brussels with Hydrogen Europe dealing with EU policy and decision making processes , mainly in the field of sustainability and environment.

The LEGALINKS Network is pleased to announce that we are planning many activities for the 2023! The team has the purpose to promote the network, to schedule and organise international webinars and practise-oriented training courses for students/lawyers/researchers/professors/PHD students/any other stakeholder willing to learn from some else experience.  The team will be defining the initial topics that will be proposed for educational purposes.  As LEGALINKS is an open virtual space, you are free to join us and to make your proposal about future activities to be planned or request about topics you are interested to be trained.
