LEGALINKS News

Yesterday it was held the 1st LEGALINKS Group Meeting. It was an occasion for some members to meet for the first time, to introduce ourselves, to discuss about the current status of the project and to start thinking about which direction we would to take. There were representatives from Italy, Greece, Croatia and Argentina.  The enthusiasm was very high and future activities are under planning.  Some inputs/questions were posed to the group's attention: Which will be our main audience?  How to strengthen partners’ collaboration?  How to expand the network? What comes next?  Follow us and join us next time so as to be aware about our answers to these questions!

Yesterday we were sharing with you what we are planning to do in a short term, but looking at the future the LEGALINKS network will try to realise big dreams, so as: ▪ To promote each member’s business within the LEGALINKS international environment;  ▪ To provide learning experiences comparing different legal systems;  ▪ To build up an informal and professional dialogue within an international teamwork; ▪ To facilitate contacts of potential national customers in need of legal assistance in a different legal system.

The LEGALINKS network is aiming at reaching the below short-terms objectives: ▪ To count on a trust relationship towards legal professionals belonging to different legal systems;  ▪ To guide possible stakeholders in building an international career profile and in finding a job in demand abroad;  ▪ To offer online legal workshops enhancing the beneficiaries’ knowledge;  ▪ To organise round tables discussions around legal topics with LEGALINKS collaborators;  ▪ To expand the network at national level with lawyers willing to digitalize their profiles.

LEGALINKS is a new initiative that stems from the experience of Ms. Anthinea Interbartolo, a young multilingual lawyer, in collaboration with legal practitioners from all over the world. It is an international virtual space, planning and offering the so called CTE "Consulting, Training and Experiencing".  All the information are currently available in Italian , English and Spanish .  And... w ould you like to benefit from being part of an international virtual space?
